Tap Download Tardy on your iPhone or iPad to open the guide right here. Install TestFlight, then return to this page and tap “Open Tardy in TestFlight.” Accept the invitation and install Tardy. If TestFlight shows “Redeem,” you don’t need a code—use that invitation button instead.

Tardy organizes your work and time. It does not submit or grade assignments. Follow your school’s academic-integrity rules when using AI assistance.

In Canvas, go to Calendar → Calendar Feed, copy the link, and paste it into Tardy. It brings in assignments and due dates visible in your Canvas calendar. The upcoming release also supports school sign-in on your school’s own pages in a temporary browser. This is not official Canvas OAuth or school endorsement.

Yes. Keep exams and quizzes alongside assignments, with time set aside to prepare. The syllabus scanner can pull dates from a PDF.

Connect Apple Calendar or your main Google Calendar, or import an .ics file. Tardy can keep copies of its own events in a connected calendar.

Tardy can create and adjust its own study sessions under your planning settings and calendar permissions. Chat’s proposed calendar changes wait for your approval.

When you open Tardy after a calendar change, it looks for new times for affected study sessions. If there isn’t enough room before a deadline, it tells you.

Your saved plan is available offline. AI planning, Ask Tardy, Canvas syncing, and scanners need internet.

Tardy is available for iPhone and iPad through the public TestFlight beta. It isn’t on Android or listed in the App Store yet.

AI supports planning, coursework analysis, document extraction, and Ask Tardy. The revised agreement for the upcoming release requires an explicit, initially unchecked Terms/AI permission before relevant information is shared through Tardy’s backend with DeepSeek. That release has no separate AI-off mode. The disclosure explains what is shared and the limits of provider guarantees.

Estimates use the time you log to learn your pace. They can still be wrong, and you can always set your own.

Tardy processes account information and the coursework, calendars, preferences, and messages needed for its features. AI processing can include personal information sent through Tardy’s backend to its provider. The release-pending privacy policy explains these data flows, website records, retention, and deletion limits.
